Refreshingyourcomputer
Ifyourcomputerdoesnotperformwellandtheproblemmightbecausedbyarecentlyinstalledprogram,
youcanrefreshyourcomputerwithoutlosingyourpersonallesorchangingyoursettings.
Attention:Ifyourefreshyourcomputer,theprogramsthatcamewithyourcomputerandtheprogramsthat
youinstalledfromWindowsStorewillbereinstalled,butallotherprogramswillberemoved.
Torefreshyourcomputer,dooneofthefollowing:
•ForWindows8:
1.Movethepointertothetop-rightorbottom-rightcornerofthescreentodisplaythecharms.Click
Settings➙ChangePCsettings➙General.
2.IntheRefreshyourPCwithoutaffectingyourlessection,clickGetstarted.

1.Movethepointertothetop-rightorbottom-rightcornerofthescreentodisplaythecharms.Click
Settings➙ChangePCsettings➙Updateandrecovery➙Recovery.
2.IntheRefreshyourPCwithoutaffectingyourlessection,clickGetstarted.
Resettingyourcomputertothefactorydefaultsettings
Youcanresetyourcomputertothefactorydefaultsettings.Resettingthecomputerwillreinstallthe
operatingsystem,andreinstallalltheprogramsandsettingsthatcamewithyourcomputer.
Attention:Ifyouresetyourcomputer,allyourpersonallesandsettingswillbedeleted.Toavoiddataloss,
makeabackupcopyofallthedatathatyouwanttokeep.
